• Collaborate with national stakeholders (IT, Business Leads) as well as central stakeholders (International teams) with respect to local software architecture.
• Work with international counterparts on data gathering and facilitating application surveys.
• Facilitate Application Portfolio Management sessions with Business and IT leads to review and decide on the future of applications (keep / decommission).
• Work with the National Development team to develop national applications for business stakeholders on a part time basis.

As a Technician, you will assist the National Supply Chain department by providing a high-level of administrative support with a strong focus on data management and stakeholder management. You will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the continuous flow of supply chain activity focusing on deliveries, replenishment and/or sales performance.

What does the role look like? 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Supply Chain department
• Prepare, calculate, and provide data/reports on performance of sales
• Determine order quantities and delivery/flow schedules
• Completion and tracking of replenishment orders
• Analysis of allocation results to ensure sufficient stock levels
• Management of efficient flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Assist in the resolution of department challenges, with a focus on long term solutions
• Support the Team Leader and Executive Manager in a professional and efficient manner

• Analyse data to assist with preparation of freight metrics
• Liaise with various stakeholders in order to collate information and data
• Prepare and calculate findings to support effective freight options 
• Present recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure efficient flow of incoming and outgoing stakeholder correspondence and information
• Organise and update accurate costing functions and figures in the system for stakeholder use
