You will be required to provide medical technical advice to the Joint Health Unit (JHU) Commanding Officer (CO), Joint Health Command (JHC) Health Centre Manager and Commanders of units. About ADF Health Services In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 40+ on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care. About our Tindal Health Centre Tindal Health Centre is located at RAAF Base Tindal, 15km outside Katherine, and 320km south-east of Darwin. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 550 Defence members, surging at regular Air Force exercise periods throughout the year. The health centre provides general medical, aviation medical, nursing, physiotherapy and mental health services.  It also operates a 10-bed inpatient low dependency day ward. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1600 Monday – Thursday depending on role requirements, and a half day 7:30 – 13:30 Friday. Serco is a place for you To be successful in this role you will have: Current unconditional and unrestricted General registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
