Operated by Healthscope, Northern Beaches Hospital is located in Frenchs Forest in Northern Sydney just 13kms north of the CBD. The hospital is a contemporary 488 bed facility comprising of 60% public and 40% private beds. We provide a wide range of health services to the local community including Surgery, a 50 bed Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Birthing, Paediatrics, Cardiac, Mental Health, Dialysis, Cancer Centre and Outpatients. Northern Beaches Hospital has thirteen operating theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheter theatre, two Catheter Laboratories and four endoscopy procedure rooms, all supported by a critical care unit which includes two intensive care wards. The key to the hospital's success is a highly skilled and expert team of staff who are supported by a comprehensive range of professional development opportunities. This position is responsible for effectively managing the hospital imprest system which includes goods ordering, receipt and delivery of stock to the wards and other areas of the hospital. The position also includes handling all supply & imprest queries as well as general duties in our internal warehouse area. The position is hands on and requires a high level of physical work. Previous supply experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Operational Responsibilities

• Obtain payout quotes and tax invoices from Financiers upon request
• Issue payout figures/ tax invoices/ Statements of Account to drivers within a timely manner

Data Management

• Validate and confirm unposted charges with relevant departments for accuracy prior to finalising the lease
• Upload termination documents to the respective ERP/ file location

Reports knowledge:

• Knowledge and understanding of customer invoicing reports
• Knowledge and understanding of customer budget reports
• General understanding of the overall position of a customer’s budget
• Ability to reconcile a customers lease based on various reporting/ data metrics

Relationship Management

As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Managing inventory and tracking assets used across our mine sites.
• Receipting, storing, and maintaining safe custody of the Company's valuable assets.
• Efficiently issuing and distributing assets where needed.
• Maintaining an organized and tidy warehouse to ensure asset security and enable accurate stocktaking.

DUTIES:
Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
