Mandatory qualifications and conditions ? Tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental management, natural resource management or equivalent.
Requirements of the role Knowledge and experience: ? Extensive experience providing expert advice to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. ? Experience in identifying and responding to new and emerging environmental issues, and leading development of strategies, guidelines, policies and procedures to manage these issues.
Skills and abilities: ? Proactively researching and analysing problems, and developing and implementing informed solutions ? Ability to respond to pressure, acting decisively as the situation requires to achieve positive outcomes ? Effective and open communication, both orally and in writing and strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead, collaborate, educate and influence internal and external stakeholders on complex environmental matters Attributes: ?
