We are seeking a meticulous and organised Document Control Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to ensuring the seamless management, control, and organisation of essential documentation critical to our operations.

With a continuous focus on ever-improving operational excellence, key duties of an Administration Office – Document Controller include:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of documents, from creation to archival, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage and organise blueprints, engineering data, and project documentation to ensure easy accessibility

• Strong understanding of Document Control principles and processes

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the team and reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, you will:

• Support the management of our operational compliance and risk program, ensuring RFM meets all AFS licence, ASX, and Corporations Act obligations.
• Organise and manage key documents and tasks within our compliance system.
• Maintain and update essential compliance registers.
• Foster a culture of compliance, promoting adherence to legal, regulatory, and fiduciary duties.
• Prepare reports for the Internal Compliance Committee and the Board.
• Assist in updating and finalising policies, managing version control, and driving process improvements.
• Provide crucial support with verification, due diligence, and document production.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, particularly when working with external service providers.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• A Certificate in Governance Practice or Governance and Risk Management is a plus.
• Qualifications or progress toward a degree in commerce, management, law, corporate governance, or similar fields are highly valued.
• Experience with compliance or legal matters, particularly within financial services, is an advantage.
• Project planning or management skills are also desirable.

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team. Candidates for this opportunity should be Registered Nurses. While this is a full-time work from home (WFH) position, regular intrastate and interstate travel will be necessary to visit our facilities located in regional and remote areas of Tasmania, Victoria, and NSW. The Position:

The role of a Quality and Compliance Officer involves offering support and assistance to the Quality Manager in ensuring the efficient monitoring of compliance functions and the implementation of various quality-related initiatives.

Requirements of the Role:

• Undertake a range of audits against the accreditation standards related to residential aged care.
• Work collaboratively with the Chief Quality and Risk Officer in identifying areas for continuous improvement to support quality and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the Chief Quality and Risk Officer in the development of projects to support quality and compliance.
• Assist and support the Chief Quality and Risk Officer in the development and implementation of best practice policy and process.

This position is responsible for supporting Quality Assurance for Claims. You will provide claims administrative support services to other parts of the business within specified guidelines and may be directly supervised.

In addition to this the Claims Quality Assurance Officer will provide ongoing file maintenance and administrative support to Quality Assurance Managers, Specialists and Consultants as well as supporting the overall quality assurance process.

In this role you will:

• Provides Claims Quality Assurance administrative support service within specified guidelines and TAL values.
• Responds to QA enquiries where basic analysis and the provision of information is needed in order to resolve the issue, escalating where necessary.
• Records all information accurately on appropriate systems.
• Responsible for spotting opportunities for service and process improvement and feeding suggestions to manager.
• Offers support to team members, sharing learning and best practice in order to contribute to overall team effectiveness.
• Understand the responsibility of TAL in relation to the Privacy law and compliance guidelines and execute QA within these laws and guidelines.
• Proactively raise and support rectification of compliance breaches.
