About the Branch
The role of the Compliance Branch is to support compliance activities across our schemes and to contribute to more robust, effective business administration. It does this by providing specialist services including participant assessment, audit and monitoring, investigations, intelligence, outreach and education. The Branch comprises of four sections and specific work includes:
Compliance and Enforcement Section undertaking proactive and reactive compliance activities including investigations and developing and delivering compliance and engagement programs to prevent, detect and address serious non-compliance across schemes administrated by the agency.
Intelligence and Assessment Section provide a centralised intelligence function that produces tactical, operational and strategic insights to support business areas.
