The role of Client Services Manager/Mortgage Broking Assistant is a dynamic blend of customer service and loan processing. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and work closely with brokers to find suitable lending solutions. With different clients and lenders having unique requirements and guidelines, the role offers constant learning opportunities in the ever-changing finance industry.

NOTES:

• Salary range: $52,000 - $65,000 + Super + Bonus

• Proven experience in client services or mortgage broking, preferably in a remote work environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is desirable however not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
• High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with the Australian mortgage market and regulations.

The role of the Customer Success Advocate is to act as an advocate for our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance. You will bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.

• Oversee the customer outcomes engagement for customers in your portfolio, understanding each customer's needs and challenges
• Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
• Identify criteria for assisting your customers by using Success Plays in the Success Platform
• Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes
• Ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses
• Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increased footprint
• Ensure any escalated client issues are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem

We are looking for an experienced risk practitioner to help us move faster by better understanding, managing and consciously taking on risk. Together with our Senior Managers in Risk & Compliance in the ANZ Compliance team, you will work across all areas of Risk in Line 2, and partner closely with our colleagues in Risk Ops, Business Resilience, Privacy, Security, Legal and Compliance to improve our risk and control capabilities, improve the design and operation of controls, and build data driven, modern and efficient underlying risk processes. 

Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:

• Partner with teams to bring our products to market and provide advice on risk related activities (e.g. risk assessments, controls development and assurance, incident investigations, operational resilience, issue remediation, risk framework delivery)

• Work closely with and support our colleagues in Business Continuity, Security and Privacy

• Develop, socialise and embed risk-related frameworks that meet regulatory expectations for ASIC-licenced products, are efficient, fit for purpose and manage the key risks appropriately

• Support the global implementation of the ERM software tool and using this and other tools perform data driven risk insights, controls testing, reporting and analysis for management

• Conduct risk assessments on new products, services and initiatives.

• Partnering with the Compliance team, manage risk and compliance reporting, maintain databases, registers and other records relating to operational risk management (e.g. maintaining project plans, logging incidents, completing risk assessment forms and action logs).

• Drive a strong risk culture and awareness in day-to-day business decisions.
