The role Challenge Community Services is currently looking for a dedicated and passionate full-time Operations Manager to join our Accommodation team working between Camden and Unanderra. The Operations Manager - Accommodation is responsible for leading and managing the effective and efficient operation of a portfolio of accommodation services with clients receiving or eligible to receive NDIS SIL funding or similar funding. The role also focusses on creating and maintaining a highly performing team culture, is sensitive to, and promotes, cultural diversity and acceptance, while ensuring the services adheres to the principles and objectives of the Disability Service Standards (DSS) and another appropriate legislative requirements.
