The Cloud FinOps Analyst is responsible for helping create visibility on cloud costs and driving cost saving opportunities within the organisation. This role will work closely with IT Infrastructure, Advanced Analytics and EndeavourX teams to ensure that cloud costs are optimised and that the company is getting the most value from its cloud investments.

• Build reports and present cloud costs and usage to the business and technology stakeholders

• Monitor cloud usage and use anomaly detection to help keep technology teams informed

• Work with technology teams to implement cost-saving strategies and track cloud costs

• Drive governance processes across the cloud computing environment

• Work with the various business and technology stakeholders to track cloud costs and budget forecasts

• Support the current FinOps strategy for Endeavour's cloud computing environment

• Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements

• Stay up-to-date on the latest FinOps practices and trends.

Our goal is to stay ahead of, and maintain a technical advantage over our adversaries using the latest technical advancements, including custom built cybersecurity capabilities. As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will include threat hunting, and tactical analysis of ongoing attacks by criminal and nation state actors.

You will perform data analysis, incident response, investigative analysis, and research on existing and emerging cyber threats, particularly those directed against Leidos' global networks.

Role responsibilities include:

• Analyze network and host activity associated with both successful and unsuccessful intrusions by advanced attackers.
• Perform network traffic analysis utilizing raw packet data, net flow, IDS, and custom sensor output.
• Support enterprise incident response efforts
• Leverage understanding of tactics, techniques and procedures associated with advanced threats to create and add custom signatures that mitigate highly dynamic threats to the enterprise
• Employ advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction and intelligence gathering
• Proactively research emerging cyber threats. Apply analytical understanding of attacker methodologies and tactics, system vulnerabilities, and key indicators of attacks and exploits.

About the role
This exciting 12-month opportunity has arisen due to an internal transfer and can be undertaken in ACT/NSW/QLD/SA/VIC/WA. As a Commercial Analyst, reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, you will help create and deliver quotations for software licensing, renewals, and related professional services. You will work with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate quotes that meet client needs for both new and existing Konica Minolta customers. Additionally, you will develop and review pricing plans to boost revenue and stay competitive. You will also help prepare forecast reports, compare them with estimates and actual results, and identify any differences.

In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary responsibilities will be:

• Support the delivery of quotation of software solution licensing, software renewals and related Professional Services. Work closely with technical and sales teams to prepare and deliver accurate quotations ensuring all client requirements are met
• Maintain up-to-date records of all quotation-related documents and data. Distribute these materials to relevant stakeholders and ensure the accuracy and availability of pricing tools
• Develop and analyse pricing strategies to optimise revenue and stay competitive
• Assist in preparing forecast reports, and track against estimates and actuals and identify variances
• Liaise with software vendors & internal Marketing teams on pricing arrangements
• Support ad-hoc reporting and manage data administration as required
• Help respond to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects & customers
• Support Professional Services Team and customer throughout the sales cycle as required

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements

• Ideally industry knowledge in pricing, sales process, Professional Services or Information Technology
• Advantageous to have a working understanding of Print Management Software Solutions, however not essential as training will be provided
• Desire to learn Enterprise Software Applications such as SAP/CRM, SharePoint – which will be the tools you will be utilising to fulfil your role.
• Intermediate ability in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks with competing deadlines
