The Role
In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining a reliable IT support model, ensuring that users receive timely assistance, technical issues are resolved efficiently, and the overall system operates smoothly.
Key responsibilities for this role
As an Operations Analyst you will:
Oversee the project after deployment, including monitoring, and coordination of activities related to the ongoing maintenance and delivery of the Digital ID technology solution.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to system access or functionality.
Monitor and respond to incidents, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. This will include coordination with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.
