Key Responsibilities

·        Relationship building - Develop new and strengthen existing partnerships with affiliate networks, agencies, and merchants through video calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

The Bar Manager at Mondrian Gold Coast is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operation for a specific venue (Haven, LiTO or Haven Pool Club), ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards, and creating an extraordinary guest experience.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the luxury and sophistication that Mondrian is renowned for.

About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior Financial Accountant who will ensure compliance with accounting standards, timely month-end closing, drive our technical accounting expertise, and support the financial health of Ofload through accurate and timely reporting.

This role oversees revenue and COGS recognition, manage and complete the monthly close process, and reconcile the consolidated balance sheet while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes.

What you’ll do:

• Compliance and Technical Expertise:
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in drafting technical accounting papers and policies to support complex accounting positions.
• Month-End Close:
• Perform and oversee the monthly close process through the preparation of journal entries and detailed reconciliations.
• Oversee the month-end recognition process for revenue and COGS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial standards.
• Balance Sheet Management:
• Manage and reconcile the consolidated balance sheet, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all accounts and ensuring it reflects the true financial position of the company.
• Audit and Tax Coordination:
• Act as a key liaison with external auditors and tax accountants to ensure timely and efficient compliance with statutory obligations.
• Process Improvement and Collaboration:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial processes with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA/CPA fully qualified.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong experience in technical accounting treatments, including AASB16, revenue recognition, goodwill & impairment, and share-based payments.

Your Mission

We are looking for a (Content Manager) to join our fast-growing (Global Marketing) team. Reporting to our (Head of Content, UK), working directly with an ANZ marketing team, you will be supporting the team on (content creation across all channels (owned, paid, events) with a key focus on (meeting objectives and supporting all content requirements for Australia and New Zealand).

This role offers the benefit of owning content requirements for the Australia/New Zealand market while working with a broader, global team. Within a local marketing team comprised of Marketing Manager, Designers and CX Leads, and alongside a local business of Product/Tech, Operations, Sales, and Finance, this role will deliver high quality content across an array of channels and objectives to support the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver content to support Sales/Partner enablement including collateral, events, webinars, RFP’s (working with Marketing Manager)

• Deliver product content to support ongoing product development and launches, including ‘how to videos’, user guides, Help articles, internal enablement, paid content (Working with Product team)

• Manage customer communications including product/pricing updates, Incident communications, ANZ e-newsletters

• Manage communications for CLM program including Onboarding, Early Life, BAU, Retention and Closure emails (working with CX team)

• Act as a brand ambassador, working to the global Nuvei brand guidelines and tone of voice across all communications

• Own traffic management and briefings with designers for all Marketing briefs for ANZ

• Learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales & Marketing) to support successful understanding of customers and account set up

• Learn and use Stripo email tool to create emails and build campaigns

• Develop reports and insights for all communications channels used, and campaigns executed

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven content creation ability including copywriting, creative brief development, content output across multiple asset types

• Ability to pull reports and insights from all marketing channels and present to the business

• Experience in events (booking, content requirements, bump in/out) beneficial but can be learned on the job

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills to support working with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority

• Problem solving mindset and confidence to put ideas forward

• Ability to manage high volume of work strategically, while delivering quality content

Senior Accountant

About the Role:

You will be a part of a dynamic and highly skilled Loam’s enablement function supporting the corporate accounting team and financial management of the business.  This role will include supervising day-to-day AP/AR function, monthly  accounting and reconciliations, cash management and supporting interim and year end financial deliverables.

Location: Hybrid | Either in Orange, NSW or Sydney, NSW

Manager: Director, Finance - AUS

Responsibilities:

• Manage (hands-on) the monthly/quarterly/annual accounting cycles; debtors, creditors, bank recs, and cash flow for 1 to 2 companies.
• Supervise the AP and AR functions and/or teams and coach them to support efficient operations. 
• Managing monthly reconciliations process along with AASB 16 Lease accounting, inventory accounting, accruals and prepayments. 
• Support IAS and BAS lodgement, payroll tax, superannuation, STP reporting, and FBT.
• Responsible for day to day banking transactions, including clearing, reporting and monthly reconciliation.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and work papers for audit and tax filings.
• Liaise with external service providers and internal stakeholders for day-to-day accounting and operational finance management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and review of finance policies and internal controls for accurate and reliable financial record keeping
• Contribute to continuous improvement and management of correspondence, documents and filing systems.
• Support the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives.

• Other duties as may be assigned (to be less than 10% of your job scope)

• Degree and postgraduate qualification (e.g. CA / CPA) in a relevant field such as Finance or Accounting.
• Total of 2 - 4 years of post qualification experience. Ideal for a second mover from Big4 / mid-tier accounting practice with experience in financial accounting roles in Industry.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting practices and preparation and review of tax compliance matters.
• Exposure to the Manufacturing industry including exposure to Cost Accounting and establishing systems/ processes for inventory management and reporting would be highly valuable.
• Exposure to multinational companies and multi-currency consolidation are desirable but not essential.
• Strong experience in the Xero accounting system is essential. Experience / willingness to learn and adapt to Tier 1 and 2 ERP systems is highly desirable. 
• Experience with supervision and coaching would be preferred but not required.
• Self starter and solution oriented mindset. 
• Hands-on with exceptional attention to detail, highly reliable and accountable /
• Team player - work collaboratively with others and offer to support your colleagues when they are under pressure
