• Well-developed computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Creative Suite, RxTro, Microsoft SharePoint, and Health Track.
• Familiarity with CRM and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Post graduate qualifications in marketing, management, business, or similar (desirable).
• Successful sales background, with previous experience working in a similar role in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Strong customer focused mindset and displaying a “can do and will do” attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as across multi-disciplinary work environments.
• Results driven with excellent time management and planning skills and the ability to managing competing priorities.
• Punctual to work, GP lunches, and to all meetings; articulate, well-presented and professional.
• Efficient route planning, effective scheduling and coverage at least two weeks in advance.
• Full Australian Drivers licence and own a vehicle.

As Senior Manager Industry Growth you will be responsible for:

• Leading industry attraction initiatives and support the development and implementation of the Precinct’s Five-Year Strategic Plan.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating the GCHKP’s Investment Attraction Strategy, targeting health and technology companies to locate in the precinct.
• Cultivating strong engagements with Precinct partners and industry stakeholders locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Promoting the GCHKP through proactive engagement with government trade organisations and representation at high-level conferences and events.
• Developing business cases and value propositions for industry attraction opportunities in collaboration with Precinct Partners and stakeholders.

About you
The ideal candidate will hold relevant postgraduate qualifications in project management, business development, or investment attraction, coupled with significant experience. Alternatively, a combination of relevant training, skills, and experience in the health and/or technology industry will be considered.

You will also have:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans and leading industry attraction initiatives.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, particularly in health and technology sectors, and the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promoting precincts at high-level conferences and events.
• Familiarity with governance structures, and strong reporting and presentation skills to communicate progress and outcomes to advisory groups and stakeholders.
• Established networks within the Biomedical industry is highly desirable.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 10 $138,753 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be $162,341 per annum.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced administrative professional who is looking to progress their career in this key support role. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Franchisee’s, this role will provide legal administration, office management and finance administration support to the national business.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about all facets of legal and finance administration and must be process driven and service orientated.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of all legal documentation required for the renewal of existing Franchise Agreements within the network. 
• Preparation of all documentation for prospective Franchisees that join the PRD network, including initial compliance with ACCC requirements.
• Maintaining and keeping up to date National Franchise Register.
• Maintain local office admin budgets and expenditure to ensure all controllable costs are within budget.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of staff onboarding and offboarding
• Oversee invoicing for franchise fees, technology fees and other invoices for the network.
• Ensure budget and financial spreadsheets are always maintained and kept up to date.
