Role Overview
The opportunity for the Performance Manager – Social sits in the center of a team delivering performance media solutions for Amazon. Reporting to the Client Director, in this role you will be an integral part of developing and implementing the best-in-class performance strategy across paid social & search campaigns.
Your specialist craft will be paid social, however experience managing paid search campaigns is required as you will be responsible for holistically planning and managing both paid social and paid search campaigns.
This is an opportunity to mentor and impart performance expertise on junior team members, guiding their personal development through their day-to-day client responsibilities.
About the role:
Responsible for bringing to life the performance media strategy and deliverables across your client patch (Amazon)
Lead the planning, execution and on-going management of campaigns, to achieve a best-in-class approach to performance media
Proactively identify opportunities to increase performance results, test and continually evolve strategy
Responsible for the accuracy of invoicing, performance pacing and reconciliation
Lead by example, inspire and motivate your team to achieve performance excellence
Lead project and process management for client deliverables
Manage the capability development of your team to excel in their responsibilities and personal development goals
Have great relationships with media agency and tech partners
Be known as a passionate performance media expert, keeping up to date with recent industry developments and share these with the team and agency
About You
Proven experience in performance media campaign management specializing in paid social across META, Twitter, Snapchat & Tiktok
A “lean-in” attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
Great communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
A thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology.
Facebook Blueprint certified and Google Ads Certified, SA360 (beneficial)

Salary range between $75,000 & $80,000 including superannuation.
