Job Description
Deliver a high-quality end to end relocation experience to your relocating ADFADF members and their families through world class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
Expectation Management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Procurement Teams and Removal Services Team)
Be a Safety Leader that identifies and corrects conditions that affect employee safety.
Support the case management team with reporting, on base presentations and ad hochoc projects.
Identify opportunities and contribute to process improvement and business design.
Support leaders with New Starter onboardingonboarding and buddying
