Job Description:
As a Dealers/Adviser Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing crucial administrative support to the client's team of Advisers. This position entails regular client interaction and a diverse range of administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of their business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative support to their expanding and dynamic business unit.
Assist in the precise execution and settlement of client trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage client administration inquiries and assist clients in addressing their needs.
Support Advisers in handling IPOs and placements effectively.
Acquaint yourself with their managed portfolio service, Wealth+.
Handle new client reports, create new client packs, and maintain client files.
Aid Advisers in account opening and maintenance procedures.
Facilitate the timely exchange of forms among relevant parties.
About you:
The ability to work effectively within a close-knit team and autonomously.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to cultivate and sustain positive client relationships.
A positive and enthusiastic demeanor, with a willingness to contribute to the work environment and its culture.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly telephone communication.
Strong time management skills, with a keen sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prior experience as a Dealers/Adviser Assistant is advantageous.
