POSITION Due to internal restructuring, the position of Admin Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success. Duties will include but not limited to: Working closely with the Partners to manage the day to day operations of the firm Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes Managing a team of talented administrators with regards to workflow, diary management, and assist with all facets of public practice administration Implementing new systems and improving the current systems in place to increase efficiencies Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction CANDIDATE My client is looking for someone who is coming from a similar position from a public practice firm. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 5 years experience within Australian Public Practice administration Ability to manage a team of administrators A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service Ability to manage Proficient with cloud based accounting software packages (especially XPM and Xero) Exceptional communication and presentation skills BENEFITS This is a rare opportunity for a talented Admin Manager to join a very friendly and down to earth firm.
