Expected hours: 40 – 60 hours per week

The business has 30+ years in the Australian market and are a specialist in managing end-to-end linemarking for road works, bridge and pavement construction projects in WA.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:
• 5 years minimum Road Marking or related experience in CAP, Thermoplastic, RRPMS Waterborne Paints
• Demonstrated Capability in the Linemarking and Traffic Industry – experienced in operating and maintaining Linemarking equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project managers to achieve project goals within designated timelines.
• Perform quality checks on completed Linemarking to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including measurements, materials used, and any variations or issues encountered.
• Blue construction card
• National Work Health and Safety Construction Induction (White Card)
• Current Class HR-A and C Driver’s License and own vehicle
• High Risk LF ticket,
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to Work Health and Safety systems and procedures.

• Applicant must be able to work flexible hours (which will include rostered day and night shifts and be willing to travel throughout regional WA for contract projects as needed
• All applicants may be subject to medical examination and police check.
ROSTER / SCHEDULE:
8-hour shifts – overtime paid as time-and a-half after 8 hours, after 10 hours it is paid at double-time.
Metro work operates on a roster system whereby all crew members work through a dayshift and nightshift rotation. Typically, dayshift spans from Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3.00pm, with the nightshift spanning from Sunday to Thursday 7.30pm to 4.00am.
Rural work operates on a 11 days on / 3 days off rostered system whereby the crew members work dayshift only. Typically, the roster spans from Monday through to the following Thursday 6.00am to 5.00pm.
