The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our team in our Building Solutions business as a Brand Manager. Building Solutions, a division of BlueScope in Australia, supplies and markets building products, solutions and services through its industry leading businesses, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
Ranbuild has been supplying sheds, garages and steel buildings for over 70 years, specialising in the commercial, residential, rural and equine markets. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
In this exciting opportunity, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic brand development projects across both our brands. Being a brand-new role in the business, you will be able to make your mark on the business and own the strategic marketing plan for our Building Solutions business.
Based in Newcastle, you can enjoy a hybrid work model, working a mix from the office and from home.
What Will You Do?
Working closely with our internal customers, you will coordinate the delivery of successful marketing initiatives by:
- partnering with business General Managers to uplift brand and marketing strategies, planning and execution
- collaborating with internal customers to achieve deliverables and alignment in marketing/brand objectives
- supporting the implementation of communications and brand campaigns across a variety of different media channels
- ensuring all marketing communications align to our brand and corporate guidelines
More About You
As a proactive, strategic marketing professional, you will bring:
- a Marketing Degree or equivalent level of expertise gained from on the job experience
- sound experience in consumer and/or business to business marketing
- experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across a variety of channels and audiences
- proven experience in developing and executing marketing communications plans
