• Help with the on-boarding of new employees including systems, policies & procedures.
• Collaborating with other teams within broader AECOM such as the office administration support network, finance, facilities, safety & IT to expedite business needs for individuals & teams.

• Strategic Leadership: Manage and enhance the relationship between RRM and business leads, driving demand and shaping IT initiatives.

• Liaison & Reporting: Act as the key contact for executive and global IT reporting, ensuring seamless communication and integration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships across business functions to maximize IT value and educate on technical capabilities.
• Initiative Leadership: Collaborate with corporate IT teams on global & regional projects and serve as change agent for communicating key initiatives
