We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our residential property management team. As the Head of Residential Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 and managing 400 residential properties in the coastal location of Wollongong.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 property managers and administrative staff
• Ensure efficient and effective management of a portfolio of 400 residential properties
• Continue to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
• Provide regular and timely reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property management
• Proven experience in team leadership and management

About the Job

As a senior leader within Rest's member division, your role as the Head of Relationship Management – South, will involve overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the Southern Relationships Management team.

You will work closely with the Head of Relationship Management – North to support Rest's efforts in retaining and expanding our existing client portfolio by delivering world-class, strategic account management services to employers and members.
