Our client in the NFP sector is currently seeking an energetic, collaborative, customer-focused Human Resources Partner to join their HR team.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be responsible for working with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve metrics and employee engagement. As the first point of contact for managers and employees, you will provide advice and support on all HR-related matters. This position will suit a professional individual who has demonstrated Employee and Industrial Relations experience, along with case management exposure.
Responsibilities include:
· Analysing and identifying opportunities across key HR Metrics (absenteeism, retention/turnover, ER matters, leave liability, etc)
· Implement improvement plans and initiatives to improve employee engagement, in collaboration with People Services team members.
· Provide advice and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements, as required.
· Participate in People Services project work as a Subject Matter Expert.
· Provide excellent service to internal and external customers alike.
Skills and experience required:
· Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related discipline.
· Demonstrated ER and/or HR experience in a similar role (experience in aged care, disability, health or related industry is advantageous)
· Previous experience negotiating EBAs and knowledge of relevant industry awards and agreements (highly regarded)
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
· Strong computer skills with sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse people in an informative, positive, and customer-focused manner.
· Solution-focused and self-motivated to improve efficiencies and outcomes, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative for priority setting, goal achievement, and time management.
· Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence essential.
· Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
