Role Overview:
As the visionary leader of Talent Acquisition, you're not just filling jobs; you're shaping the future of Melba by building our organizational capability. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies and leading a proactive and forward-thinking team to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and collaborate with Melba’s Leadership team to understand workforce needs and proactively plan for future talent requirements.
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, ensuring consistent, efficient and effective recruitment support is provided, including project related activities.
- Leverage technology to innovate the end-to-end attraction and recruitment process.
- Recommend innovative remuneration and reward strategies to attract and retain candidates in challenging markets.
- Provide regular insights, data, recruitment trends and other reporting to key stakeholders and develop and deliver on targets relating to the recruitment experience.
- Working with the Chief Employee Experience Officer, develop, review and refresh the Melba employee value proposition to enable the attraction of top talent to Melba.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the recruitment process ensuring a diverse candidate pool and accessibility is maintained for all candidates.
- Ensure an effective recruitment process is in place and reviewed regularly for effectiveness.
