We are seeking a Fieldwork Manager to join the Integrated Research team at IQVIA ANZ, a premier healthcare market research provider in Australia. This team excels in offering a wide range of research solutions to an extensive client base in the MedTech, consumer health, and pharmaceutical sectors. Our core strength is our profound engagement with healthcare professionals, particularly Oncologists, which is the cornerstone of our in-depth market research.

As the lead of our customised fieldwork operations, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of field activities, ensuring the generation of high-quality data and insights that propel our research forward. You will oversee field activities from start to finish. Demonstrated experience in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including doctors, patients, and research teams, is essential for the successful fulfillment of this role.

Qualifications:

• Experience cultivating and sustaining relationships with doctors

• Solid understanding of the life sciences and/or health service industry

• Working collaboratively within a matrix organisation to achieve team objectives

Working with Civica Justice Services business unit, we are currently looking for a Learning and Capability Manager who can bring their dynamic and creative approach to the role. As a customer-centric professional, you will have the opportunity to drive innovative design and enable the delivery of engaging and professional training. Your main focus will be on aligning the training programs with defined learning outcomes for both our employees and our business.

By taking on this important position, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organisation.

In this role in addition to the above you will:

• Design a captivating training program to ensure that all employees, both new and existing, become experts in product and policy.
• Guide and support the team's development while assisting with an ongoing quality assurance program that identifies any gaps in their knowledge.
• Conduct training through various methods including classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and online modules.
• Oversee a training calendar for new system releases, process or policy changes, and refresher courses.
• Act as the administrator for the Justice Services Learning Management System (LMS).
