Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and conduct training programs for new and existing employees
• Design training materials and resources
• Ensure compliance with training requirements and accreditation standards

• Tertiary qualification or Equivalent Experience in Recruitment, Human Resources and Business Administration

About the Role (your why)  

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for working with customers and multiple teams within Datacom to provide analytical and specialised administrative support and to optimise the delivery of contracted managed services.

What you’ll do   

• Having knowledge of all contracted services being delivered to customers including incident management procedures.
• Monitoring ticket volumes and aged tickets. Monitoring SLA adherence and escalate continual breaches.
• Notifying underperforming delivery teams of their agreed responsibilities, escalating where needed.
• Running and maintain registers and ensuring actions are completed.
• Support the completion of reporting including extracting for SDM review.
• Reporting on customer satisfaction results and trends. Undertaking administration activities including minute taking.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customers’ experience.
• Being an escalation point when SDM is unavailable.
• Working with delivery teams on ticket escalations to achieve the outcome for the customer.
• Building strong and long-term relationships with delivery teams and their team leaders.
• Building strong relationships with multiple touchpoints within our customers organisation.
• Assisting with e completion of improvement activities.

About the Role:

A key part of our operations is the exceptional customer service we provide to our clients and we're on the lookout for a Customer Service and Fulfilment Coordinator, based in Brisbane. This role will be responsible for organising the day-to-day fulfilment activities for our customers all across Queensland and coordinating the regular delivery of stock to our warehouse, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

We are looking for an outgoing individual, who’s a people person with a passion for customer service and fulfilment. Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and be willing to participate as an active member within the team.
