AECOM in Sydney are currently recruiting for a ‘Senior Graphic Designer’ to join the amazing Marketing & Communications team.

This role is primarily responsible for the development of visual communications, visual strategy execution of complex project requirements, and delivery of appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms.

This includes the over-all layout, design, and production activities and contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow system.

Some duties would include:

• Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collateral and some billable deliverables
• Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns
• Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials
• Research and develop new ways of presenting our brand
• Create and edit materials for large events and campaigns

Role Introduction...

As Senior Graphic Designer you'll work on every aspect of our creative outputs whilst helping mentor and coach the wider design team.

Some of the things you'll be working on...

- Digital content creation for web and social media: designing and managing assets for our website and social media channels including EDMs, social media content, web banners (static and animated) 

- Lead and mentor an established team of talented mid level designers

- Delivering high-quality design for print collateral and our tri-annual print publications: The Local Project, The Commercial Project, The Local Marketplace 

- Creating and managing documents and presentations for clients as well as internal use 

- Working collaboratively with the wider design team to deliver outputs on time and to brief 

Experience you'll need... 

- Proven experience as a Senior Designer, ideally with a minimum of 2+ years operating at a senior level

- A motivated leadership style with a can-do attitude.

- Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 

- Intermediate knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and Woodwing

- A strong portfolio of work across web, print and social media channels

- Previous experience in print publications highly regarded, as is knowledge or interest in architecture

As part of the global customer success organization, this role will help customers realize the most value from their ServiceNow implementations through a focus on user experience. They will work with customers who implemented or plan to implement any of ServiceNow’s workflow products to transform how work gets done, with a focus on the needs and abilities of the customers’ end users.

Responsibilities:

You will act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert and bring UX best practices and strategies to help customers achieve their goals. We have high expectations and a career at ServiceNow means challenging yourself to always be better.

Discovery activities may include conducting user research activities such as card sorts, tree tests, and usability tests, or applying your design expertise to an expert review of a solution. The right candidate also is comfortable working with Figma to design interface prototypes to guide the implementation of a configured solution.

• Assessing the usability of an implemented solution through usability testing techniques and expert reviews.
• Recommending platform-specific solutions in collaboration with Impact colleagues
• Crafting design prototypes using Figma to articulate a user experience vision to customer stakeholders.
• Articulating design concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Thought leadership - ability to lead, influence & mobilize multiple internal collaborators (including top executives) and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Plan, facilitate, and co-deliver design thinking led workshops with customers (participants range from end users to C-level) to define product implementation requirements
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other teams
• Mentor resources and peer review work
