Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Urban Planner to join the motivated and supportive Statutory Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing a wide variety of planning permit applications, and managing future development in Hobsons Bay to achieve positive outcomes for the community.
What youll be working on
Process planning permit applications within the statutory framework of planning legislation including -
the assessment of planning permit applications
providing general planning advice to applicants and residents
preparing submissions and represent Council before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Councils Delegated Planning Committee
