The DC Team Member is responsible for daily Returns operations including receiving returns, processing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and counting inventory with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team. The DC Team Member will operate and align with company values.

• Ensure timely reporting of all incidents/injuries, near misses, and hazards to the DC Manager.
• Safely handle products in accordance with provided safety and handling induction/training.
• Adhere to all WH&S policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs) as outlined in the National Safety Plan for all individuals on-site.
• Receive and process incoming stock following company procedures.
• Transfer stock to designated storage areas as per company guidelines.
• Pick stock and organise it in the assigned picking lanes according to company procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts as required.
• Assist in other areas of the business as directed by Supervisors or Managers, such as cleaning, receiving, returns, dispatch, and administration.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement improved and safer procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Embrace teamwork to achieve common goals.
• Continuously strive to improve processes to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the DC facility.

As the People Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving HR strategies and managing all People Operations matters for our Fulfilment Centre in Altona North (VIC 3025). This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can think strategically while providing hands-on support to our blue-collar and white-collar workforce. Your Role:

• Manage all People Operations topics at the Melbourne Fulfilment Centre, driving HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support to both blue-collar and white-collar teams.
• Oversee and refine HR policies to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
• Lead high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts for a diverse workforce.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and guide performance improvement processes.
• Ensure that all HR initiatives meet legal requirements and internal standards.
• Champion People & Culture programs, promoting an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR needs and propose initiatives for ongoing improvement.

• Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, blue-collar or operational environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Australian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on driving results.

Seeking an experienced MC Driver with FMCG experience. Based out of our Altona depot full time, Monday to Friday variable start times between 4am-10am.

Does this sound like you?

• Experience in the Transport and Logistics industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
• Currently holding a Multi Combination (MC) licence and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Willing to provide a copy of your driving record.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment examination and police check.
• Multi pickup experience.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Positive can-do attitude.
