Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries, compliments, and complaints promptly. Lead and supervise Site Supervisors, cleaning staff, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Conduct regular quality assurance checks, monitor KPIs, and work with internal teams to meet or exceed client expectations. Oversee financial goals and manage budgetary requirements to maintain operational efficiency. Implement after-sales services to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and service quality. Collaborate with other departments to identify customer needs and ensure coordinated service delivery. Qualification & Experience Selection Criteria : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Manager or similar role, preferably within a service-based industry. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience Proven ability to manage client relationships, handle complaints, and provide a high standard of service. Strong leadership skills with experience in team development, performance reviews, and training. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and understanding of call center operations.
