Our client, Duggal Services (Healing Hands Complete Care) is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to patients across Sydney and regional NSW. HHCC prides themselves on a compassionate, patient-centred approach that values the dignity and well-being of every individual. They are currently seeking multiple (7-10) experienced Aged or Disabled Carer / Personal Carer to join their team on Full Time basis in Sydney and around.

Position Overview:
As a Aged or Disabled Carer / Personal Carer, you will provide essential support to HHCC nursing staff and patients, ensuring a high standard of care. This role is perfect for a compassionate individual with valid certification and experience who is eager to make a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and physical support, including the use of mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers).
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intake, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
• Support clients with medication management, administering medications according to prescribed plans.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
• Follow care plans tailored to individual needs, including clients with disabilities or chronic health conditions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering social engagement and mental well-being.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Assist clients with rehabilitation exercises and basic physical therapy as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote independence and dignity by encouraging clients to participate in daily activities where possible.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including infection control measures.

Must Have:
• Certificate III or higher qualification in related field.
• Atleast 2 year of experience in a similar field, preferably in aged care, hospital, or healthcare settings.

Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of patient care practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000 Plus Superannuation.
