We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Kandy Bites team.`
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards for food and service
• Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
• Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus that appeal to target customers and align with the restaurant's brand
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Great customer service experience as a manager
• Strong leadership skills and motivation to lead a young team through goal-setting
• Acute financial management skills
Salary: $74,000-80,000/year +Super
