RESPONSIBILITIES This internal showroom sales role involves advising and assisting customers in selecting the best heating and cooling solutions for their needs. Key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Providing personalized quotes
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining consistent communication with customers throughout the process
