Experienced Structures Foreman required for Tier 2 Gold Coast Builder Your new company This Builder has several large multi-residential projects across the region and is urgently needing a Structures Foreman for an 8-level development in southern Gold Coast. With a proven history of successfully delivering first-class builds, they are quickly becoming a preferred builder for clients.
Your new role
Working with the support of an experienced Site Manager, this role will see you take the lead in the delivery of the structure. You will:
Organise site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
Enforce OH&S policies with support from an on-site HSE Advisor
Oversee steel and concrete construction activities on-site
Supervise the management of trades and subcontractors on-site
Ensure compliance with all plans and specifications, collaborate with the team to meet budget and schedule requirements, and manage your own short-term scheduling
What you'll need to succeed You will preferably have experience working in upper tier construction teams with project experience in excess of $20million. You will need:
Prior Jumpform experience
Strong communication skills to build working relationships with trades and subcontractors
To be able to show a stable career history and strong working references with large companies or projects of a similar size
A track record of success at meeting deadlines and driving a team to successful project completion
