The Centre This lovely 40 place, located in Glebe is seeking a Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join their team. The centre is purpose-built and surrounded by authentic greenery that enables you as an educator to provide quality learning experiences following a play-based approach whilst adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to ensure each child's individual needs are met. The service is close to shops and public transport The centre provides a flexibility of work so you can choose to do either full time or part time and there is an opportunity to become the Room Leader of the room which is great for someone seeking career progression! The centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The Role Your role will be as a Certificate III or Diploma Educator and you will be responsible to:
Implement interest based educational programs in the room allowing freedom to explore as well as guide children through planned experiences.
Work closely with the Centre Director to lead and guide other educators to provide the best learning outcome for children.
Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with the children and maintain established relationships with families

About you To be successful in this position you must have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ACECQA equivalent qualification
A current Working with Children's Check
Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
Covid-19, whooping cough, measles, mumps and rubella vaccine (MMR) vaccinations
