Our client is a private company located north of the river and is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join the team. If you have a strong background in design, social media and website management, we want to hear from you!
Your new role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating key marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This is a full-time permanent position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Plan, create, and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn across Head Office and store pages.
Design engaging content such as seasonal banners, images, and videos.
Manage digital advertising
Create POS materials, EDMs, and catalogues (print/digital) ensuring all design work is completed 3 months before launch.
Develop digital content, including banners for social media and websites, and business cards.
Upload product information, banners, specials, and update store details.
Ensure SEO/SEM optimisation and monitor website performance (traffic, sales, etc.).
Liaise with the web team for updates and bug fixes.
Manage online orders and liaise with store/supplier to ensure a product is delivered
Design and send targeted EDMs to TLC Rewards customers, stores, suppliers, and prospects.
Maintain email lists, track EDM performance, and report on campaign success.
What you need to succeed
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, combined with a talent for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Proven experience in design, social media management, website content, and email marketing.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, Canva) and CRM/EDM tools.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
