The Jurien Bay Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.
Duties will include
• Prepare, cook and present foods of all types based on the venue recipes to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure timely preparation and quality of meals consistently throughout service.
• Follow applicable food and hygiene standards at all times including keeping your workstation clean and clear of unnecessary mess.
• Assist with menu planning and pricing as directed.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communication skills with other kitchen staff, management and restaurant staff.
• Able to work in a team effectively and follow direction from senior staff.
• Punctuality, reliability and flexibility.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver in high paced environment.
5 day working week with split shifts
Remuneration package tailored to suit between $70,000 & $80,000 Per year
Accommodation available
Must be prepared to relocate to Jurien Bay
