About the role
This Identified leadership role is an integral part of Cater Cares People & Culture team and is responsible for advocating and driving meaningful change for First Nations people across our business and in the communities in which we work. In partnership with our established Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group, this role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Cater Cares RAP organisation-wide, with a particular focus on recruitment, development and retention of First Nations team members. The role will report directly to the Director - People & Culture and can be based out of Sydney or Brisbane.
