Due to the small size of the agency, you will be at the forefront of the change and your work will have a key impact on the achievement of deliverables. Your new role We are working on multiple positions to support a newly established team. We are seeking multiple APS4 and APS5 Executive Assistants to perform tasks inclusive of, but not limited to, the following;
Calendar and diary management
Booking and coordination of travel
Responding to emails and enquiries
Coordination of meetings
Minute taking
Engaging with stakeholders
Coordination of reports
Other adhoc tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate experience working in an executive assistant or branch coordinator role within the APS within the last 2 years. This role is only open to Australian citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2 or TSPV) What you'll get in return You will receive the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic team, you will work hand in hand with leaders within the APS and benefit from ongoing professional development; hybrid flexibility is offered, and this role is offered initially as a 12 month non-ongoing with a view to permanency or a permanent Section 26 transfer for individuals who are permanently engaged within the APS.
