This dedicated and experienced professional will be responsible for all aspects of HSEQ for the business. The successful candidate will have a solid background in ensuring that all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met across our projects.
In addition, you will be responsible for
Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
ISO Audit requirements and specifics
Provide training and support to staff on HSEQ matters. (if required)
Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and submit HSEQ reports to management.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
