COSTANZA PTY LTD is looking for an amazing Cook to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
- Support the ordering of food and supplies
- Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
- Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
- Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner the cooking process
- Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
- Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
- Develop menu suggestion
- Check on store food and supplies are delivered
- Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment
Skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of previous work experience
- knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Possible working Location: Perth City WA 6000 / Ardross WA 6153 / Elizabeth Quay
Salary: $73,000 - 90,000 per year
Full Time: at least 38 hours per week
