The Digital Content Producer will Support the E&R Digital and Business Transformation through producing content for a consumer facing mobile app and our different digital channels.
Job scope:
Writing, scheduling and updating on demand, creative content on app, digital screens and website
Create, schedule and manage, in-app notification and email campaigns
Assists in the implementation of tracking and measure content impact and engagement.
Identifies opportunities for audience development and growth through analysis of digital customer behavior.
Supports the development of digital marketing multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty.
