HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for a well experienced Injury Management Advisor Or Occupational Rehabilitation specialist. You will be joining an award winning , inter national organisation who are specialists in the food industry and joining their care department. The key focus of this role is to support the Rehabilitation and Return to work processes across a range of (largely physical) injuries within the portfolio and consult and support the pre employment process. Duties will include:
Manage key relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, i.e department leaders, HR, insurers, injured workers, rehab providers.
Develop and coordinating treatment and return to work plans within a timely and proactive manner.
Coach, mentor and support business units with pre-employment screening results, advising of risk and injury management strategies.
