Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the communications strategy for a major transformation project across the portfolio
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Create and deliver compelling content across various channels and mediums including staff intranet, internal emails, newsletters, Town Halls, presentations, briefings, scripts, FAQs, training materials, SMS, social media, surveys and videos
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to collaborate on and identify communications opportunities
- Stay informed of industry news and developments
- Regularly analyse data and report on the success of communications initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
