InConsult Pty Ltd Reporting to the Director or Manager responsible for audit and assurance, you will conduct internal audits for InConsult clients . This includes planning and development of audit programs, conducting audit fieldwork, preparing draft audit reports and presenting findings to clients. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Specific internal audit activities may include: reviewing systems and operations and appraising the adequacy of controls; recommending improvements to systems and procedures; advising on appropriate systems of control and other operational matters; appraising the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and plans; assessing the accuracy of management information; Comply at all times with relevant standards and guidelines including the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing Assist with the development of strategic internal audit plans for clients Conduct investigations as required Facilitate risk assessment workshops as required Regularly liaise with clients on a range of internal audit tasks and issues Maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients Carry out other duties as required by the Directors or Internal Audit Manager Qualification & Experience Essential qualifications Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in risk management, business, finance, audit or related disciplines. Current drivers licence and ability to travel to client premises Essential skills, knowledge and experience At least 2 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management or related disciplines Flexibility to meet varying needs of clients Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound presentation skills Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships with client personnel About Company Established in 2001, InConsult is a specialist risk management and assurance services firm with extensive local and international experience in both the public and private sector.
