Main duties/Responsibilities:
Attend to general enquiries received by way of phone, email & mail. Recommend combinations and feasibility of products to the individual situations and assist customer with placing the correct order.
Handle enquiries from end users and advise benefits of the company?s products and assist with any relevant enquiries. Receive requests for measure & quotes and service calls
