Service Team Manager (Cleaning Supervisor)
Salary : $60K - $65K + Car + Phone + Super
Location : Toowoomba - Convenient Central Office Location
Travel : Required (Toowoomba and surrounds)
Environment : Flexible role with time spent in office and in the field

As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will:
Manage and roster a team of approximately 45 cleaning staff
Serve as the first point of contact for any client needs
Conduct site inspections and ensure cleaning standards are met
Fill vacancies in the roster ensuring shift coverage
Order and manage stock requested by team
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
Client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Eye for detail and understanding of cleaning standards
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Computer skills for ordering and rostering
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Physical fitness to assist with cleaning if necessary
