As our Aluminium & Glazing Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing and executing glazing projects from inception to completion. This hands-on role blends technical expertise with leadership, requiring you to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This full-time position encompasses all aspects of glass & aluminium in both commercial and residential including skylights, commercial fitouts, windows & doors and lots more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage the planning, coordination, and
execution of glazing projects, ensuring they meet quality
standards and deadlines, and remain within budget.
* Hands-On Involvement: Engage directly in on-site activities,
including installation and quality control, using your technical
skills and glazing tools.
*. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of glaziers and
subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work
environment.
*. Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients,
providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring
satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
* Trade Certification: Qualified as a glazier, shopfitter, or
carpenter.
*. Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with glass
and aluminium, including fabrication, with a thorough
understanding of aluminium extrusions.
