Engineering Trades Australia is a specialist trade supplier within the Perth Recruitment sector - and we are looking for our next recruitment superstars to join our internal team! Reporting to your Line Manager, you will be part of the team of '360' consultants - you will be responsible for the entire process from sourcing to account management and BD. We have an incredible training structure, so you will get ongoing support and guidance to get you to your goals. Your day to day will include duties such as completing database and Seek Talent searches, doing phone screens and interviews, onboarding successful candidates, identifying new job opportunities and working with your clients to help them fill their available vacancies. Due to our growth plans, we have warm desks in the below areas:
