Our client is a growing business which have formed lucrative recruitment agreements with major businesses across Australia and to meet ongoing client demands for their services, they need to hire a Principal recruitment consultant for the team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant with annual remuneration between $100,00 to $110,000 plus superannuation.
Job Duties:
• Sourcing candidates in the market
• Developing new business with corporate clients
• Interviewing candidates and providing feedback
• Profiling candidates and advising clients on recruitment market activity
• Taking job specs
• Writing job ads
Skills and experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Interview skills
• Negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
