Reporting to an inspiring HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for building trusted relationships with stakeholders and providing support across all People & Culture matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing advice to your stakeholders regarding industrial and legislative matters, company policies and employment conditions
Coaching and upskilling managers in relation to any people-related matters including performance management & grievances
Reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures that align with legislation and business practices
Ownership of the onboarding & offboarding process
Partnering with the broader HR team to assist with recruitment and L&OD activities
Supporting on ad-hoc HR Projects
