Mercedes-Benz Waverley is a prestige passenger and commercial vehicle dealership success story, modelling industry best practices. To continue Mercedes-Benz's success, we are now recruiting a parts-back counter/retail Parts Interpreter to support workshop and retail customers. About the role:
Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations and exceptional customer service
Issuing parts to workshop staff
Maintaining high levels of service to our retail customers.
Ordering stock and assisting with stocktaking
Provide quotes and invoices as required
Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Provide exceptional customer service
About you:
A Mercedes-Benz Part Interpreter is an ideal match; however, we are open to applications from Dealership-experienced Parts Interpreters.
Have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
